Since becoming a parent in 2009, I’ve built my career while raising a family—proving that ambition and responsibility can thrive together. That lived experience informs how I coach, create, and lead.
Along the way, I mastered the systems that drive performance: turning underperforming accounts into profit centers, redesigning compensation models to motivate teams and boost margins, and scaling recruiting functions that earned a 95 NPS score.
